‘Let me in little piggie it’s blowing a gale!’
A grumpy old wolf is a chef who wants some pigs’ tails for his soup. Will the little pigs outwit the wolf and what kind of house will they build?
‘Not by the hairs on their little pink tails’.
Wymondham-based puppet company Garlic Theatre is bringing their brand new version of the classic story to Diss Corn Hall’s Saturday Club this week and it is a production that has been given a garlicky French twist and set in Paris.
Bristling with puppets, live music and lots of joining in, Three Little Pigs Tails is a funny, warm-hearted and interactive tale will make the whole family squeal with laughter. The show is suitable for ages 3-7 years.
Founded in 1997, Garlic Theatre has a fantastic reputation for unusual, funny, eccentric and highly original performances that fire the imagination of children and adults.
They are a Norfolk success story having won awards and grown their reputation as an international visual theatre company through touring to 21 countries outside the UK.
They are one of the main puppetry companies in the UK producing wholly original work.
Mark Pitman, co-artistic director, said: “We aim to challenge, entertain and stimulate people of all ages through the power of puppet animation.”
