Gig in the Park is being held in the Main Town Park next to the Mere. Entrances to the gig are found along Park Road and towards the top end of Denmark Street.

The train station is a 20 minute walk to Gig in the Park down Victoria Road. The train from Norwich takes 17 minutes and runs every half-hour.

The site is disabled friendly although it is still a parkland. Disabled toilets are on site and there has been efforts to make the whole site available.
