There But Not There took place on Saturday, November 17, and raised more than £1,300, to be distributed to Combat Stress, a mental health charity for veterans as well as other Rotary supported charities.

Sponsored by Diss Town Council, T W Gaze and G Howell and Son, the evening included readings of First World War poetry, and a performance by Honington Military Wives Choir.

Performers were joined in St Mary’s Church by a life-size Tommy silhouette purchased by the club to provide a permanent memory of those from the town who fought and died.
