The big top is up, the clowns have their make-up on and the orchestra are ready to play. All that’s left is for you to take your seat.
The largest circus to visit Diss in 15 years is about to open tonight, with reduced ticket prices the Fantasia Circus is sure to be a hit.
Having performed all around London the circus is making its first appearance in Norfolk at Fair Green before heading off to Dereham and Cromer.
The circus has a number of performers from around the world with gymnasts from Ukraine, dare devils from Mexico and musical clowns from Spain.
But one name that may be recognisable to people from Norfolk is The Packham Sisters who grew up in Great Yarmouth.
Shows begin tonight until Sunday, July 8 starting on weekdays at 7pm, Saturday 2pm and 5pm and Sunday 2pm only.
Each show lasts just under two hours with a short interval.
If you are heading to the circus make sure you post your pictures of the night on our Facebook page Enjoy Diss More and let people who haven’t got their ticket know what they’re missing out on.
