A three-year-old Saluki has been looking for a new home since July 2016.

Joey, named after the character in Friends, is described by Dogs Trust in Snetterton as friendly and clever.

A spokesman said: “This friendly boy loves his squeaky toys and alternates between lazing around and playing like a puppy. He enjoys snoozing on laps and just needs a home with life’s simple pleasures.

“He’ll need a home keen on training that has the time to continue the work that has already been done, Joey can play with other dogs off lead but is very bouncy, he struggles with seeing dogs he cannot meet so access to walks away from other dogs will be best.

“This clever boy can even tilt his head like his famous namesake as if to say ‘how you doin?!’ and he’ll make the perfect Friend.”
