Can you help keep vital transport link on the road?

A charity that provides a link transport link is seeking volunteers to help make sure it stays on the road.
Borderhoppa, a registered not for profit charity, provides a range of community services to more than 60 parishes in south Norfolk and north Suffolk – including those in Diss, Harleston, Long Stratton, Eye, Stradbroke and surrounding parishes.
The service allows people of all ages without access to other forms of transport to carry out everyday tasks such as shopping, GP appointments and visiting friends and relatives.
The door to door dial-a-ride service, which also runs regular outings, is looking for new volunteer drivers.
Tom Clarke, Borderhoppa manager, said “Our services really do provide a lifeline for some of the most vulnerable people in our community so anyone who can help us would be making a massive contribution to local life. If you have some spare time and would be interested in helping us we would love to hear from you”.
