Finding yourself at a loss with what to do this weekend? There are more than enough events to help you Enjoy Diss More over the next couple of days.
Local traders are setting up in Market Place on Saturday from 9am to 1.30pm. Regular stalls include a hog roast, a bakery, fresh produce and fudge.
Every Saturday in Diss Park from 10am Miranda Tuddenham hosts outdoor pilates classes. For just £3 a session you can show up from 10am to 11am to move your body in a relaxing class. Please bring a mat or towel as there are limited provisions.
Singling for All
A workshop covering modern and pop music as well as gospel and music from other cultures is open to all ages and abilities at the Corn Hall from 10.30am to midday on Saturday. You can secure a place by calling the box office on 01379 652241 or just turn up.
Plant sale and coffee morning
From 9am to midday on Saturday there will be an annual plant sale organised by the Diss and District Horticultural Society at the United Reformed Church on Mere Street.
Car boot sale
It is time for the first of the much-anticipated Fair Green car boot sale this Sunday. To pitch up and sell it costs £5 and entry to shop is free. There will be refreshments available.
The Silver Dollar Country Music Club presents The Barhoppers at the Park Hotel on Sunday night. Doors open at 7pm and music runs until 10.30pm. For further information please contact John and Teresea Stannard on 01603 433918.
